Dead links
Anything returning 404 or 410, plus links that time out or refuse the connection. Each one lists the pages it was found on, so you fix it once and clear every instance.
Redirect chains
Links that land somewhere other than where they point. Common after a migration, and they quietly cost you speed and link equity on every page they appear on.
Empty and placeholder links
Links still pointing at the Webflow default hash, a staging domain, or localhost. These survive launches more often than anyone expects.
